Walk The Streets Consultancy

Our Approach

At Walk the Streets, I believe organisations should pay for value, not just time!

The REWRITE Framework is the tool that underpins my consultancy, helping organisations identify barriers, explore practical solutions, and improve outcomes.

Rather than simply charging for hours worked, I want organisations to feel they're investing in measurable improvements. By agreeing success measures from the outset, we're both working towards the same goals, creating a genuine partnership where success benefits everyone.

A Lower-Risk Approach to Consultancy

We believe organisations should feel confident investing in workplace change.

Rather than relying solely on traditional consultancy day rates, selected projects may be offered through a lower-risk pricing model. This could include a smaller initial fee, followed by an agreed success-based payment when specific outcomes are achieved.

Before any work begins, we will agree exactly what success looks like and how progress will be measured over an appropriate period, such as three, six or twelve months.

Agreed outcomes could include:

  • Reduced employee turnover

  • Improved staff retention

  • Increased manager confidence

  • Better implementation of reasonable adjustments

  • Fewer workplace grievances

  • Improved employee engagement

  • More consistent and inclusive management practices

This approach allows organisations to share less of the initial financial risk while ensuring the consultancy remains focused on delivering meaningful, measurable change.

Testimonials

  • "With Lee Duncan and reviewed his REWRITE Framework in detail. What stands out is its practical, person-centred approach to helping people identify their goals, understand barriers, and explore reasonable adjustments. It provides a thoughtful framework for supporting more meaningful conversations across employment, health, social care, local government, education, and the voluntary sector. Lee has supported the delivery of training tennis coaches ahead of Bright Ideas for Tennis I Play 30 projects with the Single Homeless Project in Finsbury Park & Paddington Rec."

-Mark Bullock, Inclusive Sports Development Advisor

  • "Lee Duncan delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking session built around the REWRITE Framework, encouraging staff to reflect on three simple but powerful questions: What do you want? How will you get there? What's stopping you? Through his lived experience, Lee demonstrated that while our past may shape us, it does not have to define our future. His message reinforced the importance of creating safe, trusting relationships and empowering children and young people to recognise barriers, build resilience, and move towards the life they want. The session resonated with our staff and provided practical insights that align with our commitment to supporting every child to thrive."

    – Aspire Academies Trust

  • "We recently welcomed Lee from Walk The Streets to deliver a workshop at York Road Project, and it was both engaging and thought-provoking. The session explored the three key questions, challenged unhelpful thought patterns, and encouraged practical mindset shifts that sparked meaningful discussion amongst the group. The workshop struck a great balance between reflection and actionable takeaways, leaving attendees with tools they could immediately apply. It was an insightful and valuable session, and we would highly recommend it to other organisations looking to create positive change."
