The REWRITE Framework
One simple method. Unlimited applications.
This framework works for individuals and organisations alike.
At its heart are just three questions:
What do YOU/THEY want?
How will YOU/THEY get there?
What’s stopping YOU/THEM?
It’s flexible enough to fit any context —
from personal growth to corporate strategy —
while naturally embedding self-care and self-acceptance into the process.
-
Helping people define their goals, build a path, and remove the blocks holding them back.
1. What do YOU want from life?
Clear personal dreams, career ambitions, lifestyle preferences, or emotional wellbeing goals.
May include self-acceptance as a goal — feeling worthy and free from constant self-criticism.
2. How will YOU get there?
Realistic action plan with achievable milestones.
Self-care habits and boundaries built into daily life.
3. What’s stopping YOU?
Barriers like resource gaps, negative self-talk, or unhealthy coping patterns.
Recognition that poor self-care or low self-esteem can be part of the problem.

Helping Teams and Leaders Move Forward
In my talks and workshops, I help organisations:
Clarify their vision – whether that’s growth, innovation, culture, or social impact.
Create a clear path forward – with practical steps that prevent burnout and support long-term performance.
Tackle barriers to progress – things like communication gaps, high staff turnover, burnout, or workplace challenges that hold people back.
My approach is about shifting mindsets: seeing “problems” not as dead-ends, but as barriers we can work through, move around, or open up in new ways.
