I created Walk the Streets Coaching and Mentoring to help people just like you find clarity, confidence, and a real sense of direction. Whether you're feeling stuck, lost, or simply ready for change, I’m here to walk alongside you.

These three simple questions helped me rebuild my life from the ground up — and they can do the same for you:

1. What do you want from life? We’ll explore what truly matters to you — your goals, values, and the life you want to live.

2. How will you get there? Together, we’ll break things down into achievable steps and build a plan that fits you.

3. What’s stopping you? We’ll identify limiting beliefs, obstacles, and patterns — and find ways to overcome them.

These questions are at the heart of every session. They give structure and meaning to your journey.

Finding Your Self-Care

Self-care isn’t one-size-fits-all. In our work together, we’ll discover what your version of self-care looks like — whether that’s setting boundaries, finding calm, expressing yourself, or something else entirely. I’ll help you build a toolkit that supports your mental and emotional wellbeing in ways that feel natural and empowering.

Mind Shift Change

From “What’s Wrong?” to “How Can I Move Forward?” So many of us get stuck in survival mode — focused on whatever is wrong, what whatever we have lost, or where we’ve failed. My role is to help you shift that focus.

We’ll work on moving from problem-thinking to solution-thinking — turning pain into purpose, and setbacks into fuel. I’ll guide you through mindset techniques like reframing, values work, and forward-focused thinking to help you take action, not stay stuck.

    Each session will also briefly revisit previous topics to reinforce your progress. The final 3 weeks are dedicated to self-reflection, celebrating growth, and solidifying mindset shifts.
